Pricing and terms

We reserve  the right to change name, specification, price, and delivery conditions at any time without notice. Payment terms are net 30 days unless otherwise specified. Prices are in pounds sterling and exclude VAT, which will be added to the invoice. VAT exempt customers must supply a VAT exemption certificate with each order.

We require 100% prepayment from non-EU based customers.

At least 50% upfront payment is required for the goods or customer projects of value >£5000.

Shipping information

All orders on products, available in stock, received prior to 15:00 on Monday to Thursday are delivered the next day. Standard delivery charge of £15 per order is applied and will be added to the invoice. Delivery to York and suburbs based customers is free.

Delivery and Return

Delivery shall be to the Buyer's place of business as notified in writing to Yorkshire Bioscience.

Goods supplied will not be accepted for return unless returned with authorisation of Yorkshire Bioscience.

Hazards and Toxicity

All goods provided by Yorkshire Bioscience are intended for use by qualified professionals, who are trained in good laboratory procedures. Material Safety Data Sheets are provided with each product.
